Collection: Wing Nuts

Wing nuts, also called butterfly nuts, have two flat wings so they can be turned by hand. They follow DIN 315 and suit parts that are taken apart often, such as covers, clamps, jigs and battery terminals.

Our range runs from M3 to M16 in mild steel, A2 stainless and brass, bare or zinc plated.

Hand tightening gives a lower clamp force than a spanner, so use them where convenience matters more than load. For inch sizes, see Imperial Wing Nuts.
