Delivery

We deliver nationwide within South Africa. Delivery costs R175 for orders below R2,000. Orders of R2,000 or more qualify for free shipping. The applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment.

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days. Dispatch is separate from courier transit time. If a product is not in stock, we will confirm availability and the estimated dispatch date with you. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on product availability, destination, courier operations and product size or weight.

We will communicate material delays where reasonably possible.

Orders will be fulfilled within the period agreed with the customer or otherwise within the applicable statutory period.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled, customers will be entitled to the remedies available under applicable law.

Risk of loss or damage will pass in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Collection

You can collect your online order from 71 Terrace Road, Eden Glen, Edenvale, 1609. We will notify you through your preferred available contact method when your order is ready. Please wait for this confirmation before travelling to the store.

Collection is available during our published trading hours.
