Collection: Brass Hex Head Set Screws
Hex head set screws are threaded all the way up to the head, which separates them from hex head bolts with a plain shank. They go into tapped holes or through a nut where full thread engagement is needed.
Brass is non magnetic and conducts electricity very well, which makes brass set screws a common choice for earthing, electrical panels and decorative fittings. It is softer than steel, so brass is chosen for these properties rather than for strength. Sizes run from M5 to M16, lengths from 10 mm to 75 mm.
Pair them with our brass hex nuts, nyloc nuts and washers. For imperial threads, see Imperial Brass Hex Head Set Screws.
